Yes, we have a $150 minimum opening order. Some SKUs have per product which is shown at checkout
Yes, buyers can sell Casa Amarosa products online through their own retail sites. We can also provide high-res lifestyle and product images for your online store
All samples are retail cost + plus shipping. Samples are subject to availability however we try to stock samples for every product.
Casa Amarosa offers retailers with product tags, marketing postcards, artisan story cards and high resolution images

Payment, Shipping & Returns
Final freight costs will be calculated at checkout. For international orders there might be additional duties – we will always send you an email or phone call requesting confirmation before we process any additional charges.
Yes. We ship all over the world. Shipping costs largely vary depending on weight and destination, and smaller orders tend to have proportionally higher shipping costs. For example, for a $250 order with a diverse mix of products, shipping is generally 30% of the order total, while varied orders over $500 generally have shipping charges that are 15%-25% of the order total. The customer is again responsible for any additional customs or duties. We can give you an exact shipping quote before sending your order.

Please contact Client Services at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the products and they will be happy to assist you with your claim. Have your order or invoice number handy, as well as each item number, quantity, and description of the damages in order to expedite the process.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re- stocking charge of 15% plus freight chargeable to customer. We will request a photo image of any damaged or defective items, so we can share this feedback with our partners and prevent this issue from arising in the future. We can send replacements or issue a credit for the damages after review.
We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise.

For customization orders, cancellations and revisions cannot be accepted more than 3 days after your order has been placed.
