HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can place an order online once you have registered for Wholesale here. You can also place an order by emailing sales@casaamarosa.com.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes, by creating an account, you will be able to:

  • View product information (pricing, photos etc.)
  • Send product orders
  • View catalog
  • Create customer profile
  • Save shipping & billing information

DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG?

You can view our catalog after registration online or you can contact us at sales@casaamarosa.com if you would like one sent to you.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

We have minimum order quantities per product & design.

HOW DO I ORDER SAMPLES?

All samples are retail cost + plus shipping. Samples are subject to availability however we try to stock samples for every product.

How much is shipping?

The price for shipping varies based on the items and quantities in your order. Once we review your order and calculate shipping, we will send you an email or phone call requesting confirmation before we process your payment.

Do you ship international?

Yes. We ship all over the world. Shipping costs largely vary depending on weight and destination, and smaller orders tend to have proportionally higher shipping costs. For example, for a $250 order with a diverse mix of products, shipping is generally 30%-40% of the order total, while varied orders over $500 generally have shipping charges that are 15%-25% of the order total. The customer is again responsible for any additional customs or duties. We can give you an exact shipping quote before sending your order.

Does Casa Amarosa drop ship?

What are my payment options?

  • We accept all major credit cards & paypal payments through our website
  • Casa Amarosa offers Net 30 terms, contingent on credit approval. Please email sales@casaamarosa.com to request credit
  • If you would like to pay via check, email us at sales@casaamarosa.com Checks will be made payable to: Casa Amarosa LLC.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Please contact Client Services at info@casaamarosa.com within 7 days of receipt of the products and they will be happy to assist you with your claim. Have your order or invoice number handy, as well as each item number, quantity, and description of the damages in order to expedite the process.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re- stocking charge of 15% plus freight chargeable to customer. We will request a photo image of any damaged or defective items, so we can share this feedback with our partners and prevent this issue from arising in the future. We can send replacements or issue a credit for the damages after review.

Can I make a return?

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise.

Can I make a custom order?

Yes. Our in-house printing capabilities allow us to create custom orders. We can add logos to existing products with custom colors, dimensions, or designs. Please write to us so we can explore the vast options that we can create while working with you at: sales@casaamarosa.com

How long do customizations usually take?

Approximately 4-6 weeks depending on product type and level of customization. Please add additional time for

Can we see samples before the order?

Yes, we provide a final sample with every order

Can I cancel the order?

For customization orders, cancellations and revisions cannot be accepted more than 3 days after your order has been placed.

Can we return custom orders?

We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandize. We will request a photo image of any damaged or defective items, so we can share this feedback with our partners and prevent this issue from arising in the future. We can send replacements or issue a credit for the damages after review.
